Of Counsel

Jackie focuses her practice in intellectual property portfolio development through the procurement of patents and trademarks, and general counseling in the areas of IP management and business development. Jackie has extensive in-house experience spanning a broad spectrum of industries and technologies, including Azbil BioVigilant, a manufacture of optical bio-particle detection devices and Sion Power, a manufacture of advanced batteries. Previously Jackie was an associate with the law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, LLP, and a research scientist and postdoctoral research fellow at the National Institute of Technology (NIST).
