As a Science Advisor for NGUYEN TARBET IP Law, Nichole takes tremendous care and pride in developing and protecting the intellectual property rights of each of our clients. Nichole prepares and prosecutes patent applications, and oversees national and international patent portfolios for our clients. She routinely analyzes intellectual property portfolios and performs IP due diligence for venture capital firms, other investors, and businesses.
Nichole’s Ph.D. work focused around RNA metabolism, cellular signaling pathways, and cellular stress responses to ultimately try and unravel the regulation of cytoplasmic mRNA decay.
